What is Wrong?

I had oral sex in November unprotected ever since, I've had tingling feelings in my mouth, and I have an sore like bump in my mouth that i am unsure of what it is. When i rub my tongue I feel like air coming out of it. I haven't been tested for anything yet, nor have I been in any other sexual relations.

What blood tests did you have done?

You need to see a doctor for this.  This long after the event, its not an std.  You need to move past that and just tell your mother you have some funky sore in your mouth and need to see a doctor.

I got my blood tested and they found nothing wrong, but i seem to have this irritation on the right side of my cheek. it like a group of small bumps that are somewhat discolored. I thought it was a ringworm but I read you cannot get those inside your mouth. What should I do now, to get help without my parents finding out?

I don't think you need std testing - already said that - but I think you need to see a dermatologist or your dentist, unless you can pinpoint something that you have eliminated (a food, drink, lip balm, etc) that might have been causing it.

I haven't been tested yet, the sore seem to have/ be going away and the tingling I was feeling, only happens speratically. Should I still get tested?

Not unless you kept using it, or keep eating the same foods.

You need to see a doctor.  We have a good ear nose and throat forum here - you might check that out.

Okay, ill get it checked... is there anything that could cause this like something i ate or a change in chapstick. Around this time i used a new chapstick for bout 2 week. and I had a reaction to it, do you think that could be the cause of it.

I'd doubt its related, but you do need to be seen for this.  If its been going on since Nov., its more than time.
