Increased urge to urinate sore throat...feeling sick

Hello.  Three days ago, i started having an increased urge to urinate.  There is no pain or burning, but i started getting a sore throat and ive been more tired than usual.  About 18 hrs before these symptoms started, i had u protected sex with a woman...she says she is clean, but who knows.  Also, a week before, i had unprotected oral sex with another woman.  There has been no discharge and the only other symptoms are simply feeling sick.  Ive been looking online and i cat decide if i should go to an std clinic, or to a urologist.  Is chlamedia or gonnorhea common with no discharge or pain?  Also, i was on minocycline at the time...will that alter a urine test for stds?  I stopped taking it, just trying to figure out what to do.  Thank you for your help!

I would go to a clinic and get tested.  This will give you some answers and peace of mind.  By the way if they do the old swab test remember to breath (it hurts!).  Both Gonno and Chlam. don't have to have all the symptoms to be present and in most men they don't ever know they have it (look it up).  Most STD clinics offer free testing for both of these but I would get their full run just to be safe.  If you have questions or concerns you should write them down and take them with you before you go.  It will help you stay focused and on track while there and make the appointment more productive.  Ask about how they are testing, what results mean, testing windows, symptoms, anything on your mind.  Best of luck.
