my right testical is sore

t21
for the last several days, my right testical has been hurting when i sit down. It isnt sensative to touch. the pain goes away when i stand up. ive done some self examinations and i dont feel any bumps or sensative spots. the pain isnt very severe. its just a dull annoyence. i was thinking that it may be testicular torsion? or maybe because i play football, it could it be a hernia? the pain is only in my testical. it doesnt go into my stomach or groin and everything else down there seems fine. should i be worried?

As AJ said it could be a different infection or an injury.

I don't see need for huge worry, but I do think its something you need to get checked out.  It could be from football, but it could also be an infection, or something more serious.

You don't mention your sexual risk, so I can't tell you more than that.
