Syphilis Testing

I had protected oral (giving and receiving) with a Transsexual escort.  Would a syphilis rpr test at 5.5 weeks be conclusive?  I have not seen any chancre sores in my mouth or genital area.  Thank you

Thank you.  But would testing at 5.5 weeks be conclusive if there was skin-to-skin contact that wasn't protected?
