not sure - need advice?!

Hi,
I had unprotected sex about 12 months ago and 4 weeks later had severe abdominal pain, vommitting, and maybe a mild fever?! i went to my doctor and she said it was likely to be gastorentitis, as it was december and there was alot of it going around in the winter months, and i did a urine test while i was in the doctor and she said no bacteria had been detected and that was good.
i did a test for chlamydia when i next got my contrceptive pill, because it was recommended, a vaginal swab, which came back negative.
about 9 months later i had a full STD health check which included everything, she did do a test to see if it was tender at the sides, and i think it was a pelvic exam? it was done by a doctor at my local hospital and everythin came back clear. i have also had a saliva antibody test for hiv which came back negative too!
i haven't had the symptoms again they lasted just over a week, i had solpadol painkillers which took the pain away and the doctor said drinking those pro biotic drinks would help and it did.
my question is do you think i had PID as it was so soon after unprotected sex? and if i don't have sti's from the person can they have just contributed to other bacteria getting inside the cervix? i just don't want to leave it in case i can't have kids when im older! and if its been 12 months if i ask my GP to put me on a course of antibiotics, will that get rid of the infection this long after? and how will i no if it has if i dont have symptoms or stis?
i would really like any advice if you think i should take any next steps?!
Thank you

Anxiety can cause a lot of symptoms on it's own. You just need to accept that you did something that you may not be proud of and learn from it and move on.

my doctor at the time said it was a stomach bug, and i haven't had any other symptoms in a year?!  i don't want her to think im paranoid when iv had all these test!
i think i'll wait and see if i do get symptoms i'll be sure to go to my doctor! and if you dont think its std related i can relax a little and try to move on!
i also had a quick question if anyone had any helpful advice for dealing with all this stuff, i feel like even though i was lucky enough to get the all clear i can't forgive myself, and im really ashamed i keep wanting to say im sorry but i don't know who too?! i think about it everyday and i just want to let it go and committ to being a better and hopefully wiser person.
thank you for all your help though! you really do a great job giving advice and helping

You need to follow up with your Dr to find out exactly what is going on. With negative tests it is not STD related.
