Understanding the risks of disease in oral sex between gay men?

Hello

I am very worried.

I have recently had unprotected oral sex with two different gay men.

The first man, we both performed fellatio but with no ejaculation into the mouth. Also performed anilingus on each other but not deeply.

The second man, there were three occasions of oral sex in which we performed fellatio on each other with no ejaculation into the mouth.

There was no anal sex with either partner.
I now just feel extremely stupid, uneducated and idiotic for doing this without even asking them about prior sexual history and not using protection.

I know nothing, and it scares me that I could have contracted something as scary as HIV, or other STD's.
I did this in a time of feeling low, yes it felt good at the time, but now the worry is eating me up so much so that I am struggling to eat or sleep for the worry of it.

Please can you help me with more information about this and also time frames for being tested for disease.

Kind regards and apologies
