Feeling extremely fatigued, so weak, please advice

My exposure is as follows, we used a condom she has had for about 2 years, I checked the expiration it said 2012/13, can't remember.

Vaginal intercourse took place for only a couple of seconds, before intercourse we grinded on top of my penis, so the condom was no longer a "tight fit" it was a big stretched out on my penis, but it was still on.

I ejaculated inside her and as far as I know the condom caught the semen, I even inspected the semen for holes after I took it off in the bathroom.

Here is where I'm frightened, I never get sick much but over the course of a year I've been seeing this girl  we've had oral sex, and she told me has has had unprotected vaginal sex a couple of times.

Something weird has been happening to me, i've been feeling extremely weak and tired, so weak that the doc says, I have low blood count, and I can hardly even move sometimes and get out of bed, I have pain in my extremities..

My questions,

Does this sound like something possibly std related??

is there any correction between low blood count and possible STD infections?

low hemoglobin and low red blood cells are not indicative of infection with std's.

low blood count? low blood count of what ? wbc's, rbc's, hgb or what?

no reason to suspect a std as the cause. illness happens. continue to follow up with your providers as needed.
