Okay, I'll bite. Symptoms of genital herpes wouldn't show up less than 24 hours after exposure. So for this specific incident, you are probably in the clear as far as herpes.
If your symptoms continue, or you develop other symptoms that bother you and are not "normal" for you, see a doctor. Read up on what herpes symptoms look like and feel like, so you will be prepared if you experience those symptoms.

For the record, we are not medical professionals here. Well, some of the people posting here probably are doctors and nurses, but, hell, I'm a lawyer, so most of the time, it's a stretch for me to answer this stuff. But I still give it my best shot. :)
