How do i treat my STD

I had sex I think around 2 weeks ago and now there has been a yellow discharge from my penis and a burning sensation when i urinate for 2 days already. Aside from that I feel nothing else is wrong except a slight toothache. Is this Gonorrhea already? I'm afraid to go to the doctor and also I have no money for consultation as of now. What should I do? What medicine should I buy and how frequent should I take it? Thank you...

Yes...don't take that medication. You don't know what you have and you should never self medicate.

First you need to see a Dr, no way around it. many countries have free clinics or Dr's maybe able to work out a payment plan or work on a sliding scale.
The Dr needs to diagnosis you with the correct STD and then give you the correct prescription.

Again you need to see a Dr no matter what. And you should also talk to the person you had sex with and let her/him know so they can go to a Dr also.
