performed anilingus, got symptoms - what are my risks

First of all, thank you so much for helping so many people like me who live in fear.

I am a 35yo male, I went to a massage parlour (Thursday) and got fingered by the masseuse (girl) and I performed rimming on her for a very short 30 seconds max less than a minute. I stopped when I realised shes not clean down there.

Exactly on the 3rd day (Sunday) got a bump on my lower lip and the next day it become like a light yellow fluid filled blister (today)

I am so scared and couldn’t sleep or concentrate on work. I read one of doctors response in MedHelp for similar encounter saying its of no risk and no need to test in absence of symptoms. But I got this blister (just one - 2-3mm)

This kind of blister os not new to me, whenever I don’t eat healthy for more than 2 weeks I used to get this. Incident week is kind of similar week to me, had too much beer at-least a litre everyday and ate very less healthy food that week

Should I test? If yea when would be the right time? If I have to test, what all I should test for?

Thank you so much in advance

So I don’t have to be scared or don’t have to go for std/sti test?

No. Fingering isn't a risk, and 30 seconds of analingus (or anything) isn't likely to transmit anything.

Your aphtha is not related to an STI at all, and as you've been told by grobick, it's quite common.

Thank you so much both of you.
You're welcome. :)

Greetings.
What you've got is called an aphtha and it is not an STI, though it may have appeared as a result of your encounter. It is a very common oral infection caused by common bacteria entering damaged mucous membranes of lips and tongue.
You may google for aphthous stomatitis, but it is a self-limited condition it doesn't even require any medication.
No need to test, no need to worry at all. It'll go away in a few days.
Some people feel using mouthwash alleviates the discomfort it may give.

So sorry to re-open this thread. My aphthous is re-occurring on the same spot as soon as it get cleared. Got the re-occurrence third time now on the same spot

I am scared if it is some STD in disguise and I did not have any other sexual encounter after that.

Could you please guide me on this?
Greetings. It is still an aphtha and yes, those tend to recur. Keep up your oral hygiene and it will go away.
Keep in mind that anxiety weakens your immune system and it may contribute to recurrence of aphthae. Constantly checking and touching that spot might be another cause.
There is nothing to fear and there is no such thing as STD in disguise.
That makes sense. I disturbed it a very much, like biting nibbling it as it hurta a bit and even squeezed it badly hoping to see a discharge but in vain.

I’ll leave it as it is, wont disturb that for few days.

Thank you so much once again.
