Severe foreskin itchiness. Possible Chlamydia or Gonorrhea?

I had protected sex in July 4th 2016 at Phuket and exactly after 20 days I had very severe itchiness under my penis fore skin. I am uncircumcised. No other symptoms. Then after 2 weeks the itchiness went away by itself. Read thru few articles and suggested to perform a STD test for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea. Should I get tested or get treated straightway? What are the medication available to treat Chlamydia and Gonorrhea? Can I buy from counters? Pls help.
