herpes or yeast infection/ UTI ?

I would be grateful for a professional reply to this question.

I was recently (10 days ago) with an escort who performed unprotected oral sex. We also had vaginal sex, but the condom broke and I pulled out immediately.

The symtoms that I have developed are buring after urination and a few small red spots, of which one I have had for many years, but seems to have grown slightly during the past week.

I went to an std clinic, and the physician told me that it did not look like genital herpes because the spots were not raised or blistered after ten days from exposure. I am wondering whether

This could be herpes, but it could also be a fungal infection, an allergic reaction, dermatitis, etc.

Maybe you should see a dermatologist.
