pimples between penis and testicles area

i had sex using a condom, 8 days later i notice 3 tiny pimples between where my penis and testicles meet in the middle area. I never had unprotective sex. what can this be?  I am worried and dont know if i have a STD or what? Why would these pimples appear all of a sudden is this normal? PLEASE HELP!!!

See a Dr. Bumps can be many things often not a STD, but only a Dr is going to be able to tell you what they are.
