question about oral and sores

Hi, wanted to talk about a situation I had today. I had an escort come over to my house I found online. I'll say when she goes here she wasn't in the best shape unfortunately. Well we kissed a few times, and then she did unprotected oral for about 40 seconds before I put a condom on and then let her continue. We almost had protected vaginal sex but I couldn't get it inside her with the condom on and it just rubbed on the outside. I then noticed at this point she had some sores on her legs and just had her finish the blowjob with a condom on. My questions:

1) What STD's am I at risk for?
2) Would the sores on her legs be some type of symptom of an STD?
3) Would the unprotected 40 seconds be a concern?
4) I've heard HIV is easier to catch with Syphilis. If I have no STD's and I got Syphilis for this, would that mean I would get HIV from it piggybacking on this?

Thanks for your help and answers.

What would be the testing window for what I could have contracted? Also it might be my imagination, but it has been 24 hours now and I feel my penis is a lot more itchy and possibly peeing more. Would any symptoms occur so soon?

Testing would be up to you. If you have a regular partner I say test to make sure, other then that...up to you.

So testing isn't warranted after this encounter then?

So my testicle pain has nothing to do with my encounter?

1. Low risk for STD's from oral sex, and from 40 seconds...very low risk.
2. Probably not

I forgot to add, after my experience I felt testicle pain all day? Is this normal or a symptom of any STD or maybe just nerves?
