red spots and nausea

1st question - recently after sex with wife, unprotected, I've notice sall red spots on head of penis, they appear as though they may manifest into something more alarming but typically subside over a short period of time.  the dots are accompanied by some minor irration.  - any thoughts? possible std?

2nd question - my wife has been feeling nauseous, with some body aches and headache.  I'm not worried about hiv because i have not been exposed, nor am i worried abot gonorrhea or chlymida cause i just tested negative and either of us have the typical symptoms.  I am just wondering her condition (nausea/aches) could be a sign of PID.  she has no unusual bleeding or discharge and dont think she has afever.

sorry for the double question, will not draw this out unnecessarily.  thanks.

it's best if you just keep adding to your original post instead of making a new one each time. please read our read before posting post on this forum for more info.

this sounds far more like your guilt over having another partner I assume from your other posts than anything else.
