About 5 months ago I had an unprotected sexual encounter. I almost immediately begain to have symptoms which were painful urination and irritation/burning of the tip of my penis. I went to my doctor and was tested multiple times for all STDs which came back negative. I was tested for chlamydia, gonnerhea, genital herpes, syphilis, and tichomonas (sorry if my spelling is wrong) which all came back negaive. My doctor thought that my symptoms must be from a yeast infection (even though I am circumsized). So I used monistat cream and jock itch cream. The burning/irritation of the tip of my penis went away but I still had a little irritation while urinating. My doctor decided that I should see a urologiest which I did and she confirmed that everything looked normal. With that I thought that I figured that my symptoms must have been from a yeast infection and went on with my life. Then about 6 weeks ago I noticed tiny red bumps on the head of my penis that didn't seem to itch or hurt. Sometimes I would see them and sometimes I couldn't. I thought this may be genital warts but I got checked out by my doctor again and he said that everything looked normal. Then about 3 weeks ago all of a sudden inside my urethra started to itch very badly for several seconds then went away. Later that night I looked inside and saw some redness and what looked like a bump. This also freaked me out so I got checked out again by my doctor and he said that nothing looked out of the ordinary. Now I still sometimes see these little red bumps and have began to develop some discomfort with urination again. Also sometimes I get this feeling on the head of my penis almost like there is a pin or needle poking the skin in different spots. This will happen and then go away. Also to the mystery is the girl I had unprotected sex I have talked with many times and she has assured me that she has been tested for all STDs which all came back negative and that she has no symptoms of any kind. I don't know whats wrong with me and I going to see my doctor again soon because something just doesn't feel right.
If there is any way you can help me that would be great.
