skin itches with very little pimples on chest and body

It is a bout 3 years now since i had these symptoms : itchy skin, very tiny and difficult-to-see, pimple-like rash on chest, tommy and body. I noticed this after a month of sexual intercourse with lady. I later saw similar symptoms in my girlfriend after having sex with her. The symptoms become more pronounced in my partner anytime after sex. I don't feel any urethra itch or pus or pain. Nothing at all happens at my sexual parts or that of my partners. I took some antibiotics orally in the past but didn't help. After 3 years, i intend to go for Rocephin injection. Should I? Do we have STI's that can last that long without any signs at sexual organs? I'm very worried. I intermittently get sore in mouth and headaches too. What tests should i take? Any advice?

No, you shouldn't just start taking random antibiotics with no diagnosed infection of any kind.

Pimple-like rashes are not a symptom of any STD.  If you wish, you can test for any STDs that concern you.  Any tests you take now will be conclusive.

Sounds like idiopathic urticaria, could be caused by blastocystis homonus. Talk to MD. Round of Flagyl should work if this is the culprit. Unusual in USA, but becoming more pronounced; especially at water parks.
