small cut on the blister on my finger

I got a blister on my finger and a small cut on it because I somehow hurt my blister. The following day I had sex with a ts woman but I did not finger her or even kissed her lips, but I touched her skin including legs and *** but not the hole. So is it possible to catch an std with a cut on my blister if I just touched her skin? The other question is that I didn't wear a condom when my penis touched her penis when I laid on her so is it possible to catch an STD ?
