something on testicles
Hello. I just saw something red small that looks like a pimple on my testicles. It is painful only when i touch it. It looks like a small papules or pustules. I do have a very few black dots/spots on my scrotum that came a few weeks ago. I am afraid if it is std. I have a slight headache, maybe it is connected. I hope someone helps. Thank you
