look i am 16 years old never had sex an there this pimples that appear under the head of my penis and on the shaft of my penis and i also masterbate like 3 times a day and most of the time i leave the sperm on my penis could it be the sperm that cause those pimples

It might be a pimple from clogged pores from not cleaning up after ejaculation. Just use some bagic hygeine, and if it doesn't clear up, then see your doc.
