Disgnosed with Trich two days ago :( please help

I just simply need to prove that its possible my boyfriend has not been unfaithful. I had a pap smear done in October 2011 and it was clear of Trich but three weeks ago I was told I have ecoli and I didnt take the antibiotic because I was afraid it would effecgt my birth control and I didnt have any symptoms. I had a pap smear scheduled a week later because I have HPV and I get it checked every six months. This time the test came back positive for Trich :( Is it possible that I had it for years or longer than a year and maybe the infection from the ecoli and the HPV or the bad flora have caused the Trich infection? or just simply casued the reading on the test? or could it be mis diagnosed because I have ecoli so badly right now. I mean I just started taking the Cipro today and Ive had the ecoli for at least three weeks. I know thats dumb on my part. I absolutley do not believe that my boyfriend would ever cheat on me but I know thats what they want me to believe :( I cam not just simply accuse him or leave him without being sure. Please any info will help me

No, he left for school in the Army so we wont have contact for atleast 20 days and that will just be for an eight hour pass so he wont be able to be tsted but I imagine he has it now if I actually have it but I did read that it can go a way on its own in males which I guess it may before he can even be tested. I just wish I knew for sure that I may have already had it :( I strongly believe that he would not have cheated.

has your partner had full std testing and specifically testing for trich? Trich is very hard to detect in males so hard to tell if he's had it and never knew it or just what happened.  also have you talked to him about this?
