I dont have any of those signs thank god , its been more than month since the exposure , but sometimes I get some weird feeling in left testicle, groin area and left back side , I feel like it is stretched , like it is a muscle/nerve or something... it comes and goes , like 2 hours every 2 days , I dont have any painful urination or open sores or any kind of discharge... , I am not sure what left testicle has to do with me groin and in my back (left side)
Thanks for your help Doctor.

Epididymitis -- inflammation of a testicle -- can occur as a result of gonorrhea or chlamydia.  However, your symptoms seem too mild, and you don't mention any discharge of pus or mucus from the penis or pain during urination, which usually would precede testicular pain.  And the testicle would be obviously swollen and very tender to touch.

In general oral sex is very low risk for all STDs -- not zero risk, but a lot lower than vaginal or anal sex.  Without discharge, painful urination, or penile blisters or open sores within a couple of weeks, you can be pretty sure you weren't infected.  But if in doubt, visit a doctor or clinic for exam and testing.
