If I was to get tested for HIV, Hep. B, Hep. C, Gonorrhea, Chlaymedia, Syphilis after 84 days (12 weeks) after a one time unprotected vaginal sex; how accurate would this be? Would I need to test for all these std's again?

You are fine. You don't even need a hep C test, as that's almost never transmitted sexually. Hep C is blood to blood contact.
