Please answer me

Dear Doctor,

I am a 21 year old guy that has trouble starting relationships with women.  Given that problem I have to create relationships with women I have been seeing escorts for the past year.  I usually get paranoid and dont have intercourse with them and have them give me protected oral.. However many times I just dont think with the right head and I have protected intercourse and like three times unprotected oral sex.  I have never had any symptoms but I am terrified to get tested, however this fear of getting tested now plays against me because I dont wanna start any type of relationship if Im not sure Im healthy but at the same time I can never be sure Im healthy if I dont get tested so I feel like Im trapped.  If I wanna get tested what type of doctor should I schedule and appointment to.  Am I at risk of having HIV and the condome never broke during intercourse?

First of all a doctor will not talk to you on this particular forum, you have to pay like fifteen bucks and post it in another forum.  As to your question the instances you describe seem fairly low risk for stds.  As for hiv, in my opinion, your chances are little to none.  Most female escorts do not have hiv.  Even if they did you did the smart thing and used a condom during penetration.  As far as the few instances of unprotected oral sex the chances are extremely minimal in catching any std from this.  Oral sex in general is low risk for stds.  To put your fears to rest go to your local health clinic and get a test.  Most likely your results will be negative.
