syphilis Confusion - headless brownish spots

Hello guys - My main concern is syphilis. In nutshell, I have tested for hiv and was negative but never got tested for syphilis. However, I didn't see any symptoms either. But there is one thing which really bothers me.

Ever since last two years, I have these dark brownish spots (majority of them have hair coming out of it) right below my belly button area and above the penis shaft area. In other words, they are only visible in that part but no where else on the body. They look really disgusting almost like dark brown headless pimples. They don't itch neither hurt. But they just stayed there since last two years. Could it be syphilis? It definitely don't look normal to me. Do I need to have it checked out? What it could be? I never even bothered about it but out of nowhere it start worrying me now for no reason.

I would really appreciate your responses on this one.

I do not think it is syphilis as you have hair growing out of them and the syphilis sore usually occurs from where the bacteria enters the body (normally on the penis)

Rather than worry you should get tested. There are anonymous testing services like tstd (check online) which are great and should calm your worries.
