tested negative, but....

I was very stupid a little over a month ago.  On Day 1, I had unprotected oral sex with a transexual.  I received for about 5 minutes, did not ***.  I gave for about 3 minutes, did not come.  Then received a hand job and I came.  On Day 7 I had unprotected oral (gave and received) from a woman, and protected intercourse (for about 5 minutes).  The oral was long (15 - 20 minutes) and sometimes rough.  On day 8, I masturbated and used a perfumed body lotion for lubrication.

On Day 13, I had some discomfort while urinating.  I masturbated out of curiosity and there was some burning in penis as I came.  On Day 14, there was a small stain on my underwear.  On Day 15, there was a yellowish creamy dishcharge from my penis in the morning.  I had frequent desire to urinate, some discomfort but no real burning.  I got tested (urine sample and blood sample) for Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, HIV, Syphillis, Herpes.  On Days 16-19, no more disharge in the morning, but stain (yellow/dark yellow, stain on underwear throughout the day).  On Day 19, I received anti-biotics from the Dr.  He gave me 1 gram orally of Azithromycin.  

By Day 21, no more stain on underwear.

On Day 22, I got the test results back:  all negative.

On day 27, clear discharge on underwear sometime during day.

It's now Day 36.  No discharge that I can tell, no stain, but I do have to make some effort to empty the penis completely after urination.  I recall this would happen every now and then before my acts of stupidity above.

Do I need to worry that it was a false negative? Should I get tested again?
Any opinions appreciated.
And, yes, I know I was foolish.  I just gave in to some curiosities and stupidly thought "just this one time..."

So, if it is prostatitis, then it was just a coincidence in timing with my stupid actions (that started this)?  or could my actions have somehow triggered the prostatitis?

Do a search here on prostatitis, and you will get DOZENS of results from guys just like you who ended up having prostatitis.

I will schedule a physical, and I'll ask about a closer screening on my prostate.  Knowing my Dr. unfortunately, this will not be done tomorrow.  The appointment usually takes a month to schedule.

Is there anybody out there (on this forum) that had these symptoms and it turned out to be some type of prostate issue (and not an std issue)?? Note: the only symptom I have left is the trouble emptying the penis after urination.

Yes, either prostate or kidney infections could cause that.

I would avoid at least unprotected sex when you have symptoms.

Do you know if something in the prostate (or kidneys) could have cause the discharge I had (which seems cleared up by the Azithromycin)?

Should I refrain from sex (with monogomous gf) until I have the prostate exam done?

If anyone has had any prostate experience with my symptoms, please comment!

Your tests were negative, and while it was too early to test for herpes, herpes wouldn't give you these symptoms.

I think the next step is to have a urine culture and a prostate exam done.
