testicular pain

I am a 39 year old male who had unprotected sex with a female.  30 days after exposure, I used tstd.com and was tested for Hep B,C, HIV, Herpes 1&2, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea and Syphilis- All negative except for Herpes1.  I have pain in my hips and on the back side of my testicles (tender to the touch).  No pain in urination and no outword signs of any sores?  I have been to my doctor and he did a physical exam and said it might be lower back pain?  I am not so sure...

First, how reliable is tstd.com (seems pretty good as I used a clinic to withdraw blood and urine).  And two, what is causing these symptoms almost 11 mths after exposure?

CPPS is not something covered by this forum, so i would have no knowledge. Best to see your Dr.

Thanks Vance.

I still have hip and pelvic pain?  Do you know anything about CHRONIC PELVIC PAIN SYNDROME (CPPS)?  I am sitting at a dest all day long and the symptoms are close...

Just think the timing of all this is suspicious.

Any other thoughts?

1) No clue, but I don't see how a place to do testing would not be good and possibly but themselves in line for a lawsuit.
2) No clue but should follow up with your Dr. Not a STD with hip pain.
