testing and treatment for oral gonorrhea?

1 and half years back I kissed a CSW. But she closed her lips and I was drunk and kissing her outer mouth(not even the lips). I am very worried about gonorrhea. Are the tests for oral gonorrhea accurate? Are the treatments for oral gonorrhea effective in curing it?

I have read that most gonorrhea infections oral or otherwise go away on their own if left untreated. The reason I worry is I am a smoker and smoke more than 10 cigerettes a day and if that might be a impedence for my immune system to act against the oral infection.

1. Are oral gonorrhea tests accurate?
2. Are the treatments effective?

You can't get gonorrhea from a simple kiss. Symptoms take more than a day to develop. You don't need to be worried.

The sore throat was not gonorrhea then right. It was not a simple kiss, but never involved even her lips or inner mouth.
simple kiss meaning, not a peck. But was kissing her outer mouth which didnt even involve her lips.
gonorrhea signs peak after day 5,come  back and update.dont be stupid next time and be intimate only with long term sexual partners or wife.
std anxiety is the worst.
