If someone caught the Syphilis, would the sore be found where the virus entered this person's body, or the sore just would be anywhere?

Whoops... my mistake.
:D
26 days is 3 and a half weeks at best.

You'd have to wait another 3 weeks before testing for Syphilis.

Depending on your exposure... if you didn't notice a sore by now, then its unlikely you have it... unless its in a place you can't readily see (such as the anus or a portion of the mouth you cannot check out).

6 weeks is the recommended time frame to test for Syphilis infection after potential exposure... so if you got tested 26 days after exposure, that's 6 and  a half weeks.
If TPHA was negative (as well as RPR), then it means you don't have it.

Contracting Syphilis can be difficult, plus a person can get exposed to many diseases over time repeatedly without getting infected at all (regardless of the disease in question - because your immune system is responsible for keeping you healthy, as as such it will depend on how good your diet and overall lifestyle is - getting Vitamin D levels for example in the high range of say 85 ng/mL would also reflect positively on overall health and immunity [especially the innate immune system which is in the skin/mucous membranes - and Syphilis, along with other bacterial STD's mainly get transmitted via those mechanisms]).
