Penis pain and groin inflamation

Hello, I recently received oral sex from a woman 7 days ago.  I am experiencing severe pain, constant burning sensation and very red and swollen on the tip of my penis.  I have mild burning when I urinate, but it mostly burns when I have finished.  I also have swelling in my groin area as well as some discomfort in my lower abdomin, especially when I am sitting.  I do not have any blisters, nor do I have any discharge from my penis.  Insided the tip of my penis it does look like a little bit white in color.
I went to the local health clinic and was tested for Syphillus, Gonorea and Chlymida but I won't get the tests for 3 weeks.  They gave me azithromytin to take just in case.
Would this be a case of herpes?
What do you think this might be?

Thank you for your time.

That is about the right time for gonorrhea to start showing symptoms. But oral sex is a low risk method of sex. A lot of the times transmission will not occur. But since you were tested then you will know for sure.

i do not know about the medication aspect so I defer to anxiety1569's comments on that part.

My guess is if it is an STD it would be gonorrhea or NGU. How long ago did symptoms appear?
