Broken condom during one night stand

Two nights ago I had a one night stand and at some point the condom broke.  I am fairly confident we had unprotected sex for 5 minutes or less, but I am not positive.  I am freaking out because the girl told me she has recently had sex with three different guys.  I plan on getting tested no matter what, but just to put my mind at ease, what are the real chances that I contracted something?

Also, what are the real chances I contracted HIV?  Assuming she has HIV of course, which I think would be highly unlikely.

What more info do you want? Like I said we don't use numbers here. I can't tell you the likely hood of someone having a STD or HIV.

Oral sex on her is low risk for herpes and syphilis.

Is there a more in-depth answer than that?  I plan on getting tested but I would like at least some information before enough time has passed to get tested.  I should also note I performed oral sex extensively on the girl.

Anytime the condom breaks you do run a risk for STD's and HIV. I can't give you any numbers other then times to test.

Gonorrhea and chlymida-1 week
syphilis-uncommon in developed countries and women-6 weeks (probably no need to test for this)
HIV-3 months, 6-8 weeks for a very good indication
herpes-3-4 months.
