Urethral problem, itchiness.

Hi, I've recently been having some problems and worried about what it could be. First off, I've been having an itch in the crease of my butt on and off and occasionally it can get very bad. Second, My urethral opening is very red and the opening of it can be blocked at times. It looks like there is an inflammed place in the urethra as well. Also, when I urinate the urine will go crazy. It won't go straight any and sometimes tehre will be a spray, which occasionally will go in a different direction. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just throwing this out there, but maybe it is crabs or scabies?  Maybe someone else has an idea.   You should both get to a doctor

However, I forgot to mention that the girlfriend is having symptoms too. I'm also on accutane. It has to be something, I doubt both would get symptoms at the exact same time if it was nothing. Any help would still be greatly appreciated.

This doesn't sound std related.  Please go see a urologist.
