Syphilis

Exposure was unprotected oral and protected vaginal. It's been 6 months since exposure. I don't remember having a chancre nor rash. About five days after exposure I went to doctor and as a precaution he put me on doxycycline for 7 days. Would this abort incubating syphilis? I had an RPR test at two week and I know it's not conclusive. I don't know if this is relevant but I keep getting painful scabs/pimples on my scalp.

Since almost all cases of syphilis are genital and you used a condom and your pubic mound area did not make any rubbing contact with hers and she did not have any open syphilis sores and you did not have any open gential sores for the bacteria to enter, you cant contract syphilis.
Unles your head had rubbing contact with her genital area you cant contract it on your head.

Thank you. If for some reason I did contract syphilis, Dr Hook and Handsfield mentioned in other posts that a week of doxy would prevent incubating syphillis. Do you agree?
