What is the risk of STD's with one act of unprotected oral - no ejaculation?

Hi there,

I am a man, and was on the receiving end of one act of unprotected oral - from another man, that lasted about a minute and a half, with no ejaculation.  What is my risk for a STD?  Is it less because I was on the receiving end, or perhaps because there was no ejaculation?  Any status of his is unknown.

Thank so much.
