very worried

Hi

im 20 i had sex with a woman about three weeks ago. I used a condom for the first part then continued with oral, after that i went back to vaginal but this time unprotected. i was only inside her for 20-25 seconds. about a week after i started having a dull ache in my right testicle and right leg, sometimes in the left testicle also i would have a lower abdominal pain. like a stomach ache. that continued for about a week then the acheing testicles didnt ache, i was just left with an occasional abdominal ache. when my testicles stopped acheing i noticed a couple spots on my shaft. they look almost exactly likely like a mole but much lighter in color. also the crown around my penis became white and at the edge of the head a little red, im assuming the spots are genital warts because i cant think of anything else it could be? i havent been eating much lately, and havent been feeling that great. ive convinced myself that the spots are genital warts and the white crown and red is genital herpes.i could really use your in put to help clear this up. i could really use a good night sleep. hopefully this will help.

thanks for your time.
