possible herpes or folliculitis?

Subjective- I had a girlfriend for about 8 months and recently she slept with another man after we broke up.  I found out about the other man after we got back together and made her get test, she came up negative for everything.  After that we had unprotected sex.  We had been broken up for about two months and I was in training constantly and was sexually inactive.  I do not shave my pubic area either.  After we had sex I felt a sort of burning sensation and figured that it was just because it was rough.  The area was also tingling, not painful but uncomfortable.
Objective- I examined my genatalia and noticed three red bumps about a centimeter apart each.  I figured that maybe some hair might have been torn off and maybe I had a few ingrown hairs or folliculitis.  I applied Bacitracin and kept it clean. This was about 4-5 days later.  I kept examining it every day and pulling apart my pubic hair to inspect the area.  The bumps were not on my shaft but more at the base of my penis near the pubes.  Pulling the hair seemed to irritate it.  About 4 days after that I noticed small clear vesicles near the three bumps in clusters, I squeezed one and clear liquid came out.  That is when I figured I have herpes.  I dont know if it may be from pulling the hair and irritation.  So I checked my lymph nodes.  I have positive cervical lymphadonopathy on inguinal.  Also I believe supraclavical.  My inguinal lymphnode is sore too.
So far it has just been itching and uncomfortable, not too painful.  I have been doing training and doing vigorous excercise lately in the heat too.
I am wondering if it is herpes because she came up negative on her test, and it is not on my shaft. She says she has never had any signs and symptoms or swollen lymph nodes, vesicles or sores. I cannot get tested because I am set to go to Special Forces Selection in 30 days and this will bar me from going.  Is it possible to just tough it out?  How long will the outbreak take to heal with drugs such as acyclovir?  I am probably just going to have to deal with it until I am done with selection.  Please let me know, thank you.

your first post makes it sound like herpes but the second post of white pus is confussing on the matter.

its hard to say what you got going on, if I had to guess (which is all it would be) it sounds like herpes; even down to how you explain the sores, feeling, etc...

BUT only a doctor can determine this for you...go to a clinic, it will not jeapordize your status (as they contact nobody).

if it is herpes it can take weeks to clear up, i.e. me: i get a tingle feeling, sores show up within 24 hrs, sores are there for 3-5 days, they scab for a few days, they leave a blemish (not scar but discoloration) for many weeks.

keep in mind that herpes outbreaks can be never, infrequent, to all the time (every few weeks).

do yourself a favor and get checked....think of your health and the others you share your life with.

just my $0.02

Also an update, I noticed some white pus that was stuck to my pubic hair that I believe came out of one of the sores, it looked like skin that was shed until I inspected it closely.

Another thing that made me curious was why it was not on my fingers when I touched her with them.
