white spot inside my mouth

I need help and I'm afraid to talk to my family doctor.
I had this white spot that shapes like an ulcer. It hurts a little and eventually turns to a small blister. When the blister pops, it hurts. I applied canker sore medication and it slowly heals. Within a week, it appears again in the same area.

any ideas? I have been reading reports over the internet and I can't seem to find the cause of it.

Well, orally, most stds don't cause symptoms.  Oral herpes usually presents with sores on or just in the mouth.  Syphilis will give you a sore at the point of infection.

Genitally, you could get a discharge, burning with urination, itching.  Herpes would probably cause sores or blisters, or even rough patches.  Syphilis will cause a sore in its first stage.

I don't know what this is, but its not an std.  You should post in the dental forum.  It fits no patterns of an std.

And really - go to your doctor.
