what is my problem??

I am 20 years old and male

hello there in janurary i started getting pains in the left side of my testicle and tip of the penis for about 2 weeks
(had oral sex with a woman 6 months beforehand) had all std tests done and they all came back negative

last month the pain came back for a week or so, had chlaymidia and gonnerhea tests and as i thought they would came back negative, they treated me with doxycycline and it went away.

last week or so the pain has come back to my tip of the penis when urinating and not so much of a pain in the testicles i am waiting for results back on chlaymidia and gonnerhea although im certain they will be negative as i am in a 4 year relationship.

Also my partner has had no symptoms off pain or distress

nurse said it could be just a bacterial thing which is going on and there are possibly 100s of them, my question is what should i do next as im confident it is not an std? also this time they have given me no medication which sucks because the pain is not going and they don't know what they are treating me for.

thank you in advance

you've had std testing that was negative - you know this isn't std related.

have they manually examined your prostate too?
