Received unprotected oral sex, please advise

I received unprotected oral sex (blowjob) from a massage lady 3 days ago. It lasted for 20 seconds to around 40 seconds. Then it proceeded to a handjob. I do not see any visible sores on the lady's lips and i see her washing her mouth after that.
I have a girlfriend and I dont wish to infect her with anything. I am losing appetite and losing sleep worrying and its hard to carry on with my normal life.

1) What are the STDS i might have a chance to get infected with?
2) Is it possible to transmit any STDS through kissing?
3)In the meanwhile i should also abstain from receiving oral from her am i right?
4) How long should i wait to be sure that symptoms of any STD are not appearing?

Thank you for the feedback. With respect to the risk of herpes, syphillis or other STDs, do you suggest any medication or other action I can take right now to prevent its onset? The incident happened less than 24 hours ago and if there are things I can do to prevent the onset of any disease (just like nPep for HIV) I can do that. Thank you again.

Hi, unprotected oral is somewhat low risk for getting std,s like gono or chlamydia as she would need to give you a "deep throat" oral as the bacteria would be in the back of her throat. If she did not do this then the other risks would be for herpes but with no sore visible very low risk. Syphilis would also be a possibility but again with no sore you would not contract it.

Testing for these std,s is recommended if you get symptoms OR if you have  long term partner for their protection.
