worried about stds

Dear Dr,
About 6 months ago i had recieved oral sex from a prostitute and i kissed the prostitute. in East Africa.

After the exposure i had the following symptoms, loss of apetite, swollen lymph nodes in neck (but not painful or hard), throath infection and cough, white tongue and tiredness.

I had an HIV test at 1,2,3,4 and 5 1/2 months and all where negative so i believe hiv is not an issue. Please inform me if i am safe from the hiv virus.

However i feel that i may have syphilis. I got a vdrl test at 5 weeks, non reactive. at the 4th month i got a red pimple with a small black spot in the middle on my pubic hair just away from the penis. After this incidence i took a lot of antibiotics to cure myself of syphilis. I also lost a patch my eyebrows  which grew back in 2 weeks.1 week after the treatment i had a vdrl test which was negative at 5 months after exposue. please inform me if the vdrl test is confirm, even after taking antibiotics.

Lastly i have had a small white spot on the middle of my penis for the past 6 months which does not hurt and every now and then i burst it and pus comes out. please give me an idea if this is something serious.

Sorry for the very long post. Thankyou for all you are doing.

HIV questions post in the HIV fourm.

Your symptom was not of syphilis and your test is conclusive. Never just take medication, it can cause more harmful side effects then benefits.

See a Dr for your white spot, it can be many things and this does not sound like a STD.
