A little nervous

Hello,
11 days ago I had a brief and stupid encounter with a woman. She performed unprotected oral on me and I returned the favor on her. She was rubbing herself and then rubbed my penis and got her "juices" on my penis.

I have had no symptoms of burning or discharge but I have been urinating frequently. Urine is clear and there is no foul odor.

But, I am worried about any STD's. What are the chances of any STD's?

I am married and do not want to pass anything on to my wife. I am very regretful of what I did and stressed about the whole situation and will never stray again.

Usually frequent is accompanied with something else. And when they say frequent we are talking about every 5 minutes.

would frequent urination be a symptom or just me worrying about it too much?

Your risk really was from the unprotected oral. The risk is low but possible to get gonorrhea, NGU, herpes and syphilis. With no symptoms at day 11 your risk of gonorrhea and NGU would be very very low. Herpes is low in general unless the woman had an active sore (cold sore) and syphilis is real low risk in developed countries.

Overall I would not be too concerned.
