Anxiety & Concern

In a complete moment of stupidity, I recently had unprotected oral from a stripper.  She mainly masturbated me, while occasionally putting the head of my penis in her mouth.  I did not ejaculate in her mouth, and I cleaned it up with tissue.  She did start stroking and putting the head in her mouth again thereafter, but this only lasted a few minutes.

I freaked out after this, and got a full STD panel done 3 days later.  Everything was negative, but of course it would be that soon after.  I have had discomfort in my groin, and have been paranoid and constantly checking.  I know my anxiety is causing alot of sensitivity, etc.  I have had a couple times where I went to urinate and it felt like it burned a little, but this hasn't been consistent at all.  I've only had sex with my wife 1 time since this, and I used a condom, as we usually do.  I've read all through this forum and I'm not sure what to do next.

Am I being paranoid, or should I get tested again, asap (it's been about 8 days now). Or am I just overreacting and should I try to settle down?

Any help/thoughts are appreciated.

I think after 8 days they could detect it.  I had a similar experience (but not with a stripper !) I had oral sex performed on me, and about a week later I felt a burning sensation.  I was tested 10 days after exposure and they detected NGU (or NSU as we say in the UK).  I was treated for this, but still had a burning sensation, so went back and they tested me again and found it was Chlamydia so I was treated with Trimethoprim 200mg, 14 pills one every 12 hours.

I would have thought there is a slight risk of Chlamydia and Gonorrhea as these could be be present in the strippers mouth.  If you get any burning sensation when you pee or dishcharge this would indicate you have picked something up.  Maybe getting tested say 14 days for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea would be a good idea.  They would take both a urine sample (do not pee for 3 hours before you visit) and a cell sample from the urethra.

I am not a doctor, but this is my opinion.

I see no reason to even have tested. Yes a condom would give basically no risk.

By using a condom with my spouse, am I limiting her exposure?  Also, at what point should I get tested again?

Most likely being paraniod...guilt does not equal risk. Your risk was very very low.
