Any chance of STD if condom was licked before it was put on

About 5 days ago, I had protected sex with an unknown lady. However, she had licked the tip of the condom on both sides before she put the condom on my penis. Is there a chance that her Saliva could carry viruses/bacteria that would lead to STD? I have generally not been feeling well (chills) for the past couple of days and a sore in my mouth, but nothing on my genitals.

Also, I did touch her vagina using my fingers for a few seconds.
