Are my results conclusive?

Week 3 after exposure:
HIV NAAT test (negative)
Syphilis (negative)
Gonorrhea throat NAAT (positive)
HIV antibody (negative)

Week 9:
HIV antibody (negative)
Syphilis (negative)
Gonorrhea all sites (negative)

I have been worrying about neurosyphilis because I have random dizzy episodes. But my result for syphilis was negative.
