Are the following STD tests conclusive?

I have had many different partners in the last 2 years.
My most recent exposure was July 26, 2014 which was unproteced oral sex.

I currently have HPV (low risk) and my genital warts were removed.
I do have occasional stinging (burning sensation) but im attributing that to my HPV.

Herpes 2: Negative after 5 months
Chlymadia: Neg after 5 months
Gonnorhea: Neg after 5 months
Syphillis (RPR): Neg after 5.5 months
HIV: Neg after 4 months

Thanks,
