Bump w/ puss coming out

All- I noticed this morning that I had a hard feeling, single bump on the side of my penis that is freaking me out.  I was touching it and puss started to come out...so I squeezed it until all the puss was drained (I think).  It was a white substance that came out.  I still feel the hardness of the bump but there is not more puss coming out.  Plus, it seemed like the puss was coming out of two areas related to the bump.  I am circumsized and it looked like the pins that hold the foreskin together was one point of exit for the puss along with the original bump area (kinda right next to each other).  I'm wondering if you guys may know what this is as I'm freaked and hope for the best.  What steps should I take?  Should I go to a doctor?

Thanks.

Could be a pimple...pimples on the penis shaft are fairly common.  If no pus (and no sex - Eagle 741) it could be an engrown hair.  If continues see a doctor, but does not sound serious.

I have the same thing. I have never had sex in my life and I am still a virgin. I have had that sore for about 4 months on the side of my penis, and it never goes away. I need an answer too. How do you get sores without ever having sex. Mine is just a red sore with a little white center which could easily be removed. I have never done anything risky..Its not fair.. I'm scared and need an answer, how could this be.  If it never goes away, how can I be asked to ever start a family. I am basically stuck in life in till I get this to go away..

redskin your post is the closest thing to mine. Please tell me of any way you could of got this, your my only hope at the moment. Don't hesitate to give the truth, this is the internet.. I will try to help you too

Thankyou
