Bumps around and on anus

I posted this in another part of the forums, with the same title, and I will post it here just in case since I wasn't sure what category to put it under to begin with:

I have red bumps on the inside of my cheeks (butt) and on my anus. The bumps are not in really close clusters although they're all around the same area essentially, and it does not look like a rash. The bumps are  small in size and not flat.

It started as itching, a LOT of itching, at my anus and the opening to my vagina, then more of my vagina, but mostly at the opening and anus. It finally went away. There were no bumps at the time. I put a pair of sweat pants on eventually after the itching went away and it came back, which made me wonder if it had something to do with the detergant (although no other clothes I have cause this as far as I know, maybe it is causing it, but the fact that it happened again right when I put those pants on makes me skeptical to an extent) or the material it was made out of, maybe I wore them when I had the initial itch and putting them back on brought it back because it spread to those pants? I don't know.

Anyway this time it hurts a lot more than before. I've been wiping to keep it dry there, and I noticed that there was a bump on the inside of my cheek. I looked and found to have multiple. I believe there are some right on the entry of my rectum, my anus. I also had anal sex, which makes me wonder if this has to do with anything (seriously hope not in STDs anyway). I'm pretty sure I had the anal sex AFTER the itching went away the first time, remember the first time had no bumps, but I'm not sure. I'm wondering if maybe the lube we used had anything to do with the bumps, but since I had an irritation with the itching before the lube was used I don't know if that would have anything to do with it, unless maybe since I was already irritated it somehow made it worse with these bumps. I also have overactive bladder and thought maybe since it is wet there a lot, I have incontinence to an extent (used to be completely until I started taking medication for my bladder muscles), I thought maybe that might have something to do with it or cause the bumps or make it worse? I doubt it though.

The thing is, this could all be coincidental. Maybe it IS a detergant, maybe it's not the anal sex or the lube, maybe it's some other skin condition, all I know is what I have researched and experienced.

I hope this isn't herpes, it could be infected hair follicles because I know for sure one has a hair growing back, and I shave, and obviously looks similar to an infected hair follicle. It worries me though because it's ON my anus, but there are hairs on your anus as well right? I seriously could have just done it shaving, but I shaved so long ago I don't know why it would take so long for it to appear. Maybe I just caused an infection from a dirty razor, since you aren't supposed to use it in multiple places when shaving.

I can't really tell if it is hidradenitis suppurativa because the pictures are so advanced that it of course looks nothing like what I have now, but the bumps aren't really the same. Some pictures look very similar to mine in perianal streptococcal cellulitis. I thought of maybe having an anal yeast infection as well but yet again the pictures are so advanced it's not at my stage, but the bumps could be similar. It really doesn't look like any kind of psoriasis I have researched. Not gonorrhea, not jock itch from what I have researched. Doesn't really look like shingles either. Definitely doesn't look like warts. These bumps are very small.

Please help as much as you can.

I am using "Cortisone" for the pain, isn't getting much better so getting an appointment later this week, I'm pretty positive it's not hemhroids.

I'll be going to the doctor next week, in "a few days" apparently, and I honestly hope it doesn't go away too much so the doctor can actually see it for themselves. It hurts so damn much to walk sometimes. I suppose they'd run blood tests though to check for an STD or any other kind of infection, so I'll just wait as long as I can. As long as I need to really. I just wonder if anyone else has input or experienced it and could say it's something else.

All I can really say is you will have to see a Dr for an exam and possible testing. Bumps can be many things often not a STD, but only a Dr can tell you what it is.
