Burning and itching on scrotum/penis/back of legs

Please try to help me with burning and itching on my scrotum/penis/back of my legs.  I also have about 20 very tiny bumps on the underside of my penis.  I have just recently noticed very small white bumps on the edges of my lips.  I have been tested for std's/HIV/Herpes and all came back negative.  I know that this is not in my head because of the continued burning.  Please try to give me some direction to take care of this problem.

Have you been to a doctor?  You need to, and you need an exam and testing.

You could have a fungal infection.

I have herpes, though I'm female, and this doesn't sound anything like herpes.

Maybe you should try and find an std clinic near you.  They are probably better at identifying things than general practioner docs.

I noticed burning sensation on the head of my penis one week after unprotected sex.  Then claminess feeling and poking like needles.  Then after about 1-2 months I noticed the small bumps on shaft of penis.  Then went to clinic and got tested for everything except herpes.  Still bothered I went for herpes test about 6 months later.  All came back negative including Type 1 and 2 herpes.  I have heard of people thinking it might be dermatogist related and getting on all of these meds that didnt help at all.  I just wish someone has gone through the same experience and knows the symtoms and can give me a clue of what it might be.

Were you examined when you tested?  Maybe you need to see a dermatologist.
