Can Gonorrhea symptoms show up till after 1 year ?

Hallo! I have a question,my husband had an affair about 1 year and 6 months ago. It was only once and  I trust him now fully. He started since wednesday having burning while urinating & i googled those symptoms and everywhere it says that that is a gonorrhea symptom..my question is if he did get an std 1 year and 6 months ago would those symptoms be showing up till now? Or is that not possible? Thank you.

over a year is too long if he had gotten symptoms he would have gotten them in weeks or a  few months of getting gonorea so it must be something else so go see a docter

No, a year and a half is too late. Burning sensation is a sypmtom of gonorrhea but a symptom of other things as well. See a doctor
