Can vaginal fluid cause STD?

Hi ,
Three weeks ago, I had protected vaginal sex with a prostitute in UK. The condom was intact, neither break nor tear.
I tried to remove the condom with left hand and her vaginal fluid sticked to my fingers from surface of the condom. By mistake I touched the base of my Penis with the same fingers and the white coloured fluid was on the skin of my penis.

Since vaginal fluid came in contact with the skin of penis, am I at risk of any STD

we recommend protected sexual contact because it works!!

touching the condom and fluids isn't a risk.

Hi ,
I am worried about few points,
1. Though I was wearing condom when I pulled out, I could see it was covering only two third of my pennis. the skin might have touched her genital . But there was no cut or break on skin in that area. What are the chances of getting HSV or HPV?

2. Due to erection, the fore skin near tip of my genital was slightly broken. And there was small amount of vaginal fluid sticked to my hand. I picked a paper freshening tissue with same hand, which was wet, and wiped the tip of my penis to clean.

It has been 25 days, I dont see any symptom, But worried If I could have  STI. Please help
